Inkwell Publishing to Publish Nigerian Artist and Writer Anthony Azekwoh’s Debut Novel

Nigerian fast-rising artist, illustrator and writer, Anthony Azekwoh has recently signed a book deal with Atlanta-based publishing house, Inkwell Publishing for the publication of his debut novel, The Dark Prince.
Azekwoh announced this himself via a tweet on 4th November, 2020.
The tweet reads: “I’m happy to announce that I have now signed the book deal for my debut novel, The Dark Prince, with Inkwell Publishing!”
Thereafter attached a photo that reveals the title of the book.
More information about the book isn’t known yet, but a guess can be taken that it is a speculative fiction, cue the title and Azekwoh’s writing history.
Anthony Azekwoh who started writing at the age of thirteen, has several of his works published online. He recently concluded a speculative fiction series ‘The Witches of Auchi' run on Brittle Paper. He won the ACT Joint Award in 2017 for his story ‘The Fall of the Gods’, and, in 2019, he won the Loose Media grant of $1,000 for his short stories.
Besides being a writer, Azekwoh is a professional digital artist. One of his best works is arguably, The Red Man a painting that has since garnered over 40,000 retweets and over 230,000 likes on twitter.
